Chickapea Farms' Bee Sweet and Healthy honey is single sourced from one Amish beekeeper we have known and worked with since 1974. We take great pride in having exclusivity to his natural raw wildflower honey. He keeps his bees on 210 acres of native wildflowers, where his bees get to live out their days, un-kept by modern-day beekeeping practices.

The quality test results of our honey from Michigan State University's internationally acclaimed Apiary department have continually been recognized as "Some of the Best Honey in the Country" even being stated, as surpassing their own. 

Bee Sweet and Healthy honey's pollen also tests as "local" for allergy help from Northern Michigan to the southern part of Arkansas.Due to this honey being of such high quality, we do not mix it with any other honey or fillers. This gives us a limited amount per year and caps to how many retailers we can provide it to.All versions of Bee Sweet and Healthy honey start with our beekeeper’s Wildflower pollinated honey, which he then creams using his own seed crystals that are so small the honey has a soft butter texture. Next, he infuses it with Ceylon Cinnamon or premium, organic, food-grade lemon essential oil. 

1) Our beekeeper doesn't feed the bees in the winter; they are on their own, no refined sugar or high fructose corn syrup.

2)  He only medicates the hives with an organic human-grade food mixture; the bees are never given man-made medicines or chemicals.

3)  He doesn't spin or use centrifugal force to extract the honey from the comb. He lets it drip out, all on its own. By doing this the live enzymes in the honey are not weakened or damaged by the g-force or heat as they would be if spun out of the comb using modern-day practices.  

Raw honey is a power house in and of itself! It aids in the healing of many health issues, many cosmetic purposes and also as a natural sweeter in foods.

Besides providing many other health benefits, outside of America, Ceylon Cinnamon infused raw honey is used by doctors around the world for improving heart health. 

Lemon infused raw honey aids in healing sore throats, removing chest congestion and calming coughs. It is also great in tea! Some will use it for cooking and making lemonade too.

Chickapea Farms' Artisanal Old-Fashioned Heirloom Popcorn is grown and handled by one Michigan Farmer. The kernels have passed down in his family from generation to generation – four generations on their current farm, keeping the kernels as they have been for hundreds of years.
