Line Sheet-Order Form (LSOF) and Terms

Chickapea Farms' Line Sheet-Order Form (LSOF) provides all our products in one listing, along with their SKUs, UPC, wholesale, and MSRP. 

It will tally quantity prices for you. If you desire to place an order and have completed the LSOF, save and email it to us at CFBulk@ChickapeaFarms.com. 

Once an order is placed, using our Line Sheet-Order Form (LSOF) and received, we will confirm your order, and email you back an electronic invoice that can receive an electronic payment using a credit card or ACH. Payment is required upon receipt of the invoice. 

If payment cannot be made upon receipt of the invoice, please let us know at time of order so other payment arrangements can be made. Being a small company, unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept net term payments unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Orders $300 and over will receive free shipping, unless noted otherwise or pre-arranged.

At times we can require up to a 2-week lead-time due to Artisan supply flow, with a 3-5 day standard shipping duration.

The LSOF can be downloaded and kept on your desktop for easy access for the placement of reorders.  Please be aware we may need to update it without notice as we bring new products back to the market or for quarterly suggestions. The date of the latest update is listed in the upper right corner on the first page of the LSOF.

After you download the Electronic Order Form, the top of your screen may have a yellow bar where you will need to click "Enable Editing". This will allow the spreadsheet to calculate your order.
